Policies & Office Information
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened visit in order to respect other patients’ scheduled times. To ensure adequate time for care, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Payment Expectations
Payment is due at the time of service.
Enlighten Chiropractic is an out-of-network provider and does not directly bill insurance plans, with the exception of Medicare Part B, which is accepted as primary insurance. Patients with out-of-network benefits may submit a detailed receipt to their insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
We accept credit cards, checks, cash, and Health Savings Account (HSA) payments when permitted by your plan.
New Patient Availability
New patient appointment availability is currently limited due to the length of initial visits and our commitment to providing individualized, patient-focused care. Availability is reviewed regularly, and we appreciate your understanding.
Communication Preferences
For non-urgent questions, appointment-related inquiries, or scheduling assistance, we encourage patients to contact the office by phone or email during regular business hours. Please note that email and electronic communication are not intended for urgent or emergency concerns. If you are experiencing an urgent medical issue, please contact your primary care provider, seek appropriate emergency medical care, or call 911.
