Current Patients
Established patients may schedule follow-up visits through the patient scheduling portal. Selecting the appropriate appointment type helps ensure adequate time for your visit.
Appointment types include:
- Follow-Up (30 minutes): Ongoing care related to your current treatment plan.
- Re-Evaluation (45 minutes): New concerns, new areas of discomfort, or a significant change in symptoms.
